Mountain Biking and Cycling

A track leads away from Lodge Coppice into the forest of tall trees on either side.

Professionals, semi-professionals, fun seekers, or those who just cycle for pleasure will love this area as it offers flat roads, meandering lanes, rugged tracks and challenging hills. The Wyre Forest has a range of excellent mountain bike trails, along with some unique routes such as a disused railway line. There are a thousand miles and more to explore.

For road cyclists follow the Mercian Way, Route 45 or the Sustrans Network.

There are details of local paths in Wyre Forest England and the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust have been enabling people to walk, wheel and cycle since 1977.
