Yes, you can. Courier parcels (like Amazon) are delivered to reception, where we will keep them safe for you to collect. For large supermarket grocery deliveries, please ensure you are at your holiday home to receive them, and instruct the driver to meet you at reception.

Absolutely! Several excellent local takeaways, as well as major delivery apps, service our area. When ordering, please provide the delivery driver with the main park address. Drivers meet you at the main security barrier.

If you spot a maintenance issue or something that requires our attention on the grounds, please notify the reception team. You can either pop into the Lodge Coppice reception office, give us a call, or send a quick email so we can log the issue and get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Following high winds or heavy storms, our team conducts routine visual checks across the park. If we notice any obvious, significant damage to your holiday home or a loose awning, we will contact you immediately. However, we always advise owners to ensure their property and awnings are securely anchored before leaving the site.

To maintain our high standards of safety and security, please give reception a quick call or email in advance if you are expecting friends, family, or private trade contractors to visit your holiday home. This ensures we can grant them access through the main barrier without delay.

You can rest assured that Lodge Coppice is secure year-round. We employ a range of security measures, including a secure entry barrier system, strategically placed CCTV cameras, and regular warden patrols across the park to ensure your holiday home is looked after even when you aren't here.
