A clue about what to expect in a Static Holiday Home
all our static caravans are so comfortable, a miniature home from home.
If you have never been on holiday in a static caravan or visited a holiday park then it’s worth telling you a little more about the interior of a typical static caravan on our holiday home park; there are normally two entrances, a side door and patio or french doors from the lounge area at the end.
Kitchen Dining and Living Areas
Most static caravans have a galley style kitchen and dining area. The lounge will be beautifully furnished with all the usual electric sockets and TV points you’d find in a traditional holiday home.
Bedrooms and Ensuites
Most static caravans have two bedrooms, some caravans have three and en-suites bathrooms are very common.
The family bathroom with fully flushing toilet, washbasins, showers and even baths are found in lots of holiday static caravans.
A home from home
Tasteful decorating compliments the caravans Carpets, flooring, curtains and blinds which are all fitted into most of the static caravans on sale at Lodge Coppice. Something simple that makes a static holiday home even more perfect is a separate toilet with washbasin, these are frequently found. Low energy LED lighting illuminates most of our static caravans with outside lighting making our holiday park even safer.
Room for a broom and more
A storage cupboard housing the central heating boiler and storage space are usual in many static caravans.
Chestnut Wood, phase 2, has just 5 new static caravan remaining it too is ultra-quiet, very rural and exceptionally beautiful. Like Oak Rise, our first phase, Chestnut Wood and Beech Walk are both very flat and easily accessible for all members of the family and if needed are wheelchair friendly.
Pets are most welcome – as are well behaved children.
We have just had our 3rd season on the park. We love it here. Sue and Phil are fantastic. If we need anything they are on hand straight away. They look after this park wonderfully.
Sue was also fantastic when I fell by my van and dislocated my arm not long after we moved here. She stayed with me until the ambulance came. Cant praise our wardens enough . Xxx
Only just got a seasonal pitch on here - what a find - lovely site! Clean and tidy, the wardens Sue and Phil are very good looking after the site toilets are always clean and tidy when I’ve used them people on site are very friendly always ready to give a helping hand.
There are two fishing lakes on site always stocked with plenty of fish.
There's a play area for the children and goal post away from the caravans the Bloute Arms at the bottom of the site does good home made food thank to Rob and Irene who make you very very welcome
This has been our 4th season on this wonderful site, we have never regretted it, the site warden Sue and her husband phil are wonderful they even go round the site when snowing, wind, rain and put awnings back up if they come down, sue even puts on an easter egg hunt for the children, if you have problem she is there to help you, when I was very poorly and my husband was not at the caravan with me Sue always came to ask me if I was ok.. not many sites would do that..toilets very clean and heated ..all I can say is 3 cheers to Sue & Phil and lodge coppice xx
