Lodge Coppice Holiday Park is owned and loved by the Davies family, a farming family who still care about the environment, their livestock, the status quo, owners’ happiness, the Parks appearance, peace and quiet, its successes and much more.

During the last 14 years they’ve breathed life into this quiet secluded corner of Worcestershire making it one of the most desirable Parks anywhere. Trevor Davies employs Sue his Site Warden at Lodge Coppice Holiday Park, to take day to day control of the Park. Sue lives on site and gets to know everyone who visits the park personally.
Visitors can park right outside our Wardens Cottage and Sue will show you round.
One of the first things you will notice about Lodge Coppice is, unlike many other Parks, which have been developed on hillsides or in valleys, our Park is very flat and easily accessible even in a wheelchair. This immediately makes Lodge Coppice very desirable for older families possibly looking towards retirement where long holidays can become a reality.
Security in, out and about, our friendly family holiday park
To enter our touring Park or our Static Caravan Park owners are given a security code to open the gates or lift the security barrier – yes, security is one of our most important concerns and even though the local crime rate is extremely low, almost non existent, which is due to; the exceptionally rural Wyre Forest location (criminals don’t normally travel far from towns like Kiddeminster, rarely past Bewdley almost never as far as Cleobury Mortimer). The gated security barrier entrance to the holiday park and the caravan sites vigilant on site warden all make your holiday home safer.
However, two other things are possibly even more significant, which protect caravans on our Park – first desirability of contents, criminals target high value items, jewellery, cash, power tools, collectables etc items like these normally stay at home and are not found in a holiday static caravan or holiday home so targeting caravans which normally hold low value items like swimming costumes, sun cream and deck chairs don’t offer a good return for burglars. Finally all our static caravans have excellent multi-point locking on all doors and windows making forced entry very difficult.
So sleep easy when staying at Lodge Coppice Static Caravan Holiday Park and don’t worry when away from your holiday home in your private house.
Some questions are more important than others when choosing a Caravan Park so don’t forget to ask these …
Are you open all year?
We are open 12 months per year, you can use the Static caravan as often as you like, even holiday at Christmas! However, please beware – some parks are only open for 8 months, yet site fees are often the same and you’re only getting use across three quarters of the year! So this, really is, a very important question to answer.
Please note – static caravans are for holiday purposes only and can not be a permanent residence.
No age policy.
Probably the second most important question is; “Does your Caravan Park have an age limit?” You will visit some parks where, once the caravan reaches a certain age, i.e. 10,12 or 15 years old, then that caravan has to be upgraded, at the holiday parks part exchange price , or moved off the site. We DO NOT have an age limit on any of our parks. You are welcome to upgrade at any time but as long as you keep your holiday home clean tidy and well maintained, that date is up to you. If you decide to sell your static caravan, there’s only one buyer – us! We are so keen to choose our new caravan owners, for our park, we guarantee to give you the Glasses guide value for your pre-owned static caravan should you decide to sell.
Great woodland walks, beautiful scenery, set in a fantastic part of the country, with quiet country roads and so much to explore.
Lodge Coppice static caravan holiday park is ideally situated, it’s far enough away to have escaped the every day grudge and grind, yet near enough not to be a drag to drive over. Children love holidaying at Lodge Coppice
Well behaved, quiet children are always very welcome at Lodge Coppice Static Caravan Holiday Park. We’ve got a children’s play area, a kick around football/games pitch and the most amazing woods to explore. Some of our younger visitors also enjoy fishing at the the parks pool. There are some great places to visit around the Wyre Fores, Severn valley and Bewdley area for all ages.
Pets are welcome
There are no restrictions regarding bringing well behaved pets to the park. We see lots of dogs (which we ask you to clean up after) and do please keep the on a lead while on the park. We’ve had cats, birds, rabbits and more come on holiday with their families.
Today is the best day to buy!
We sell Static Caravans 364 days a year (I’d sell one Christmas Day – except the wife would probably murder me) everything is competitively priced to sell. New static caravan stock arrives throughout the year and part-exchanges don’t normally hang around for long. Factory orders are a pleasure if you want to choose something bespoke to you.

A blue Kingfisher
The elegant orange and blue Kingfisher swooped down and landed in a tall tree on the edge of Lodge Coppice Holiday Park.
He was a celebrity visitor to the static caravan Park, where one or two of the owners (twitchers) loved to watch him and many other stunning birds with their zoom lens cameras and binoculars.
The Kingfisher had fished the Teme and Severn all its life and had watched the Park develop with its well-kept fishing pools – today’s the day he thought!
